An Airbnb interior where design quality depends on detail, sourcing and coordination staying aligned.
The Ipoh project is being developed as a short-term rental interior with design, sourcing and coordination moving together rather than as separate phases. The challenge is less about producing isolated visual moments and more about making many small decisions agree.
Living, dining and kitchen spaces are treated as one guest experience, with furniture, finishes, lighting and details coordinated around durability, usability and a clear interior identity.
02 / Shared living sequence
The main spaces are designed as one connected guest experience.
Living, dining and kitchen functions are visually related so the apartment feels coherent from arrival through everyday use. Furniture placement and circulation are considered together rather than as decoration after planning.
03 / Kitchen and dining
Fixed elements and loose furniture need to resolve together.
The kitchen, dining area and adjacent furniture are developed through repeated coordination of dimensions, materials and sourcing decisions. This is where small mismatches can have an outsized effect on the finished interior.
04 / Detail and sourcing
The in-progress design is carried through selections rather than left at visualisation.
Sourcing and coordination keep furniture, finishes and details connected to the approved design direction while the project moves toward implementation.
